Customer declined tire replacement. Installed all parts new and performed wheel alignment. Note: Advised customer tire replacement needed due to uneven wear caused by worn out suspension, slight vibration may be felt after suspension work performed.

- not rethread the drain plug. Customer advised recent oil change done previously elsewhere. Customer will need new engine oil pan. In addition tech was performing a tire rotation and found front driver side lug nuts (2) and passenger side lug nut cross threaded. Tech mention when removing the lug nuts it will break which customer was told before removal. upon removal all three lug studs broke. Tech recommended new engine oil pan and new lug nut and lug studs (1 in the front passenger side and 2 in the front driver side). Customer agreed to all needed repairs. All parts installed new as customer agreed to.

- , reset the trouble codes and test drove the vehicle. Tech drove vehicle and confirmed no faults when driving. Tech did hear road noise due to front tires coupling, scraping noise in the front driver side backing plate. In addition tech checked fluids and found coolant level a little low and found a coolant leak coming from the water pump. Tech recommended to replace water pump with timing belt kit, front tires and adjust/remove backing plate for the front driver side wheel which customer agreed to all repairs. Result: Tech installed new front tires, due to backing plate being damage only option was to remove it. New timing belt kit with new water pump installed, new valve cover gasket, new crankshaft seal, camshaft seal, thermostat w/seal and new coolant added. In addition engine oil change was performed. Vehicle test driven and no faults found at the moment.
